Tricia Fuglestad.  and here.  and here (...and they're called Fugle Flicks there!)

I am an elementary school art teacher who loves to use student-created, art-related video to help teach concepts.
Oh my. For sure . She overwhelms me. She is the single most innovative educator around (from a whole bunch in that category) , who also happens to be a K-5 art teacher and has figured out how to integrate technology in the most creative and exciting ways. She is very generous with her ideas, shares how to do some of the same things in your class.

Admittedly, she has a very tech savvy environment which she has energetically developed through funding projects. For example, she uses Artsonia to showcase student work and earn money for the art room. However, I used several of her ideas in my own classroom which had more limited technology available plus that which I provided. I also showed her clever videos that show kids how to use art tools and media, art room expectations, art theory, and the like.

Actually, I just get wrapped up in the creativity. If you enjoy a good trip through a fascinating brain, admire a intriguing sense of humor, and,  even if you aren't a teacher who looks for new and exciting ways to inspire and create,  you will, I believe, enjoy spending some time looking into this woman's mind and work.

I have repeated this post on the web site Resources tab.
